Falcon Fire have been contracted by National Building contractors ISG Group UK to provide the specialist and detailed Construction Phase Fire Risk Assessment and on going consultancy services for a new development located in the centre of Sheffield City. The project consists of the construction of a 15 storey student housing block which in itself constitutes a major regenerate scheme; this development includes 860 bedrooms plus additional amenities & communal facilities, such as a coffee shop, social space, study space, gym, cinema, games area, table tennis terrace, outdoor sports area and more.
