Falcon Fire involved with Fire Safety for the £50 Million - 25 Storey Capital Quarter Student Accommodation

Falcon Fire Prevention have been contracted by National Building Contractors ISG Group UK Ltd. to provide the specialist and detailed Pre-Start and Construction Phase Fire Risk Assessment, along with on-going Fire Safety Consultancy services for the new 25 Storey Student Accommodation High Rise development being provided at Capital Quarter, in the heart of Cardiff City Centre.
This prestigious new development in the rejuvenated 'Capital Quarter', has 675 bedrooms spread over 25 Floors, with further Social Space, and purpose built additional amenities including Student Gym and Cinema, and will be a huge boost to both the local area and Cardiff University, in terms of it's profile and reputation.
