Falcon Fire provides Fire Safety advice for important Grade II Listed Building in Porthcawl

Falcon Fire Prevention have been contracted by D.S. Properties to provide detailed Fire Safety Consultancy Services and a Construction Phase Fire Risk Assessment for the Jennings Building - an important and key development in Porthcawl. The name for this historically important building came about when it was occupied by the timber importers; Jennings and Co. in 1911.
With a mixture of sought after accommodation and working studios, Restaurants, Bars and Coffee Shops this Multi Million Pound development is expected to transform this once derelict dockside warehouse into a cultural centre offering everything from food and drink to music and entertainment.
