Warwick Gate Luxury Retirement Village - Engie Regeneration
Project Details
Warwick Gates LLP site in Gallagher Way, Warwick, has achieved the award for the Most Outstanding New Retirement Village Design in the UK (2015), at the over 50s Housing Awards. This impressive new development has also been officially lauded for having the most outstanding new retirement village design in the U.K.
Falcon Fire Prevention were contracted by Engie Regeneration (formerly Keepmoat) to provide the detailed Construction Phase Fire Risk Assessment for the Luxury Village, and to provide on-going Fire Safety services and advice, as the Fire Safety Co-Ordinator for the site.
When complete, this £65 Million development will offer exclusive one and two bedroom homes for the over 65's with a range of facilities on site, including a 'wellness spa' and relaxation room, gym, deli shop, restaurant and community rooms, as well as onsite social and leisure activities alongside a range of care services.
