This prestigious new development for Student Accommodation in the heart of Cardiff City Centre and rejuvenated Capital Quarter, has 675 bedrooms spread over 25 Floors, with further Social Space, and purpose built additional amenities including Student Gym and Cinema. Building Contractor ISG, who has also worked on recent prestigious projects in the City, including the BBC's new Headquarters contracted Falcon Fire Prevention to provide Fire Safety and Consultancy Services for the complex high-rise project, with Falcon Fire carrying out the detailed Pre-Start and Construction Phase Fire Risk Assessment.
