Project Details
Falcon Fire Prevention Ltd. were employed directly by Alliance House Properties to carry out the detailed Fire Risk Assessment and to provide all associated fire safety advice for their multi-occupancy 5 Storey Office Block in Quay Street, in the centre of Cardiff.
This was a large and relatively complex undertaking due to the multiple tenants within the property and various retail outlets on the Ground Floor, along with communal car park and multiple access issues. The building itself was built in the 1950's and this formed part of the considerations in offering detailed advice to the client.
