This significant £20 Million Development in Bristol is a pioneering Housing Development for the U.K., involving the Local Authority and Private Investors in a highly sustainable and affordable housing scheme. With nearly 12,000 square metres of floor space and over 161 homes spread over 78 x houses and 83 x residential apartments, each plot and block will be constructed from Timber Frame.
Falcon Fire Prevention have been employed by Engie (formerly Keepmoat) Regeneration to provide the detailed 'On the Site' Fire Risk Assessment, taking into account the specialist requirements for Timber Frame and provide on-going Fire Safety and Consultancy services for the duration of the contract as the Fire Safety Co-Ordinator.
