Project Details

This Primary Care Centre at £3 Million was developed to cater for increasing demand in patient care in the centre of Swansea and was built near to the existing surgery The centre is home to a range of primary and community services providing 1,080 square metres of space for a pharmacy and purpose built accommodation for community nursing teams and health board-led community services.

Falcon Fire Prevention were contracted by WRW Construction to provide a detailed Construction Phase Fire Risk Assessment for a Timber Frame Development, and associated Fire Safety and Consultancy services.
